Shape associates headed out to the Coast Guard Festival on Tuesday, August 2 to help volunteer. The purchasing and packaging departments took the day to volunteer at Kid’s Day. This event is held every year for the children during Coast Guard week. There are games, jump houses, crafts and more – all free. It was a milestone year for Shape Corp. as this was the 10th year for our participation as volunteers at this event!

During the day Shape associates manned the parking lot entrances to direct the traffic in and out of Mulligan’s Hollow. They also ran the game tent and gave out prizes. Thank goodness for the fire truck making a very large sprinkler to cool things down!

Thank you to the cooks who endured the heat over those grills volunteering to keep the food prepared for those hungry tikes.
