nnnnnnnnEssential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:nn Other requirements include experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, MRP/ERP systems, and being able to.  nn.nn·          Assure incoming and outgoing materials are transacted accurately, promptly and safely.nn·          Assure adherence and consistency of Shape shipping and receiving procedures.nn·          Assist the Shipping Leader in  driving continuous improvement of department key measures.nn·          Perform monthly physical inventory of the Shipping & Receiving area.nn·          Support corporate lean and 5S initiatives.nn·          Utilize Shape’s problem solving tools to address and resolve issues.nn·          Identify and train a back-up(s) to fill the Shipping Coordinators key tasks when absent.nn·          ·          Perform additional duties assigned as directed by the Shipping Leader.nnnnnnn* nnnn nnPosition Skills and Experience Requirements: nnTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively.
