Support the IT Help Desk to receive calls from users about the issues/problems in computers (laptop/desktop/tablet), internet, emails, users add/delete, users permissions, networking, or requests for new system/equipment requirements, and resolve the issue (over Tel./Email/Skype) at Shape Corp global operations.
Compiles and analyze cost records. Aslo determines cost distribution to the differente business units. Provides timely and accruate information for business making decisions.
Responsible for supporting a broad range of launch activities, including but not limited to: documentation creation and development, prototype and pre-production shipment coordination, and the facilitation of continuous improvement activities in support of Shape’s quality management system and customer specific requirements.
