Assist in the development and execution of the Shape Corp. internal communications program and support integrated communications initiatives aimed to improve employee engagement and infuse the Shape brand internally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, execute and assist with the daily/weekly administration, maintenance and production of internal communication tools/channels, including company intranet, digital signage, newsletter, social media, etc.
  • Provide communications and administrative support in the coordination and execution of corporate communication’s projects, internal campaigns and events
  • Coordinate and execute a variety of tasks and projects for internal clients, including departments and regional locations
  • Write, proofread and edit clear, concise copy for multiple communication channels that reflects a consistent overall tone, including digital and print announcements, emails, press releases, presentations, ads, social media posts, websites, video scripts, etc.
  • Photograph events/groups/people as needed
  • Interview and survey associates at various levels throughout the company
  • Support and train users and contributors of communication tools
  • Completion of miscellaneous duties and projects as directed by supervisor to support business and/or corporate communication demands

Education / Professional Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years working experience in corporate communications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or related field
  • Experience with creative process and graphic design tools is preferred
  • Experience with web content management systems and/or administering other web-based/digital platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable, specifically InDesign and PhotoShop
