GRAND HAVEN, Mich., June 2, 2009 – Shape’s Automated Welding Curriculum received an award of excellence from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). The award was presented at the ASTD International Conference and Exposition in Washington, DC.
The award goes to training programs that meet stringent requirements and demonstrate clear and measurable results.
“We are very pleased that our curriculum was recognized as not only a well-crafted and effective program, but one that also delivered measurable business results,” said Matthew Stierwalt, employee development manager. “Associates build consistent skills through state-of-the-art instructional techniques and simulation software with hands-on experience, developed and delivered completely in-house.
